Custom Jewelry Service Policy

Welcome to the exclusive Copperpebble experience of customizing jewelry!

We greatly appreciate your business, and are here to take care of any questions, needs, and concerns you may have during the customization process. Please note that this service will take approximately six to eight weeks to complete. Due to the exclusivity of this service, we will require a non-refundable initial deposit of $500 for an initial consulatation with our GIA certified Graduate Gemologist and Accredited Jewelry Professional.

During the consultation, we will address the following:

• Discuss the “ideal” article of jewelry desired
• Look at various cuts, clarities, colors, and carat weights
• Establish Budget

During the initial consultation, our goal is to gain a clear understanding of our clients’ individual tastes, needs, and preferences. Once we identify exactly what our clients desire, we share our findings based on current market conditions. Due to the nature of the business, prices of precious stones and precious metals fluctuate, so we are unable to establish a final price during the initial consulatation.

We then identify the required materials and labor shortly after the initial consultation. Once the approximate prices have been established for the desired piece, we then require a 50% deposit from our clients to secure this service. The remaining 50% is due upon completion of the service.

We can provide a GIA/EGL certified stones based upon each client’s request.
