Returns & Exchanges Service Policy

Congratulations on purchasing Copperpebble merchandise!

We greatly appreciate your business, and are here to take care of any needs you may have relating to our merchandise and/or services. We understand that sometimes you may change your mind on a purchase, and would like to return or exchange the merchandise. As a result, we offer a 30-day money back guarantee on the jewelry products that are featured on the website. However, due to the nature of the business and security issues we face, we ask you to please take a moment and review the guidelines on how returns/exchanges on these products will be processed.

Returns
Once we receive your returned item and it is accepted in the 30-day return window, your refund or new item will be processed shortly. Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our Gemologist and Accredited Jewelry Professional. Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been engraved, altered, resized (by a jeweler other than Copperpebble), or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for a return or exchange. Returns or exchanges without Copperpebble return code, and packages that are improperly packaged or uninsured will be refused receipt, and will not be processed.

Preparing Returns
To return merchandise to Copperpebble, please follow our three steps:

Your Return Authorization Code
Call 646-278-5635 or email clientrelations@copperpebble.com and you will be given a Return Authorization Code. Write this code on the return sticker found at the bottom of your original invoice. Affix the sticker to the outside of the box you are returning. You will also be provided a separate return mailing address to which you must ship the merchandise. This will be provided only by Copperpebble when a return needs to be processed and is not listed on the website for security reasons.

Package Your Return
Include all original packaging and material. If your item was delivered with a diamond certificate and that certificate is not returned, you may be liable for the $400 replacement cost. For security reasons, do not write Copperpebble anywhere on the outside of the box.

Insure Your Package
On your invoice, if the price of the item you're returning is listed as:

  • Less than $500: You can ship it via any carrier. Be sure to ship your item fully insured, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached its destination.*
  • More than $500: Ship your package via US Postal Service Registered Mail™, insured for the total value of the contents, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached Copperpebble.* (FedEx® and UPS® will not insure merchandise over $500.)
Failure to comply with these guidelines may not only delay your refund or exchange, but you may be at risk of being denied your refund if the package is not properly insured, or not sent by by a trusted carrier service, in the event the merchandise arrives damaged or stolen. * Copperpebble will not be held responsible for loss or damage of return shipments.

At this time, we are unable to process returns or exchanges on customized jewelry pieces as they are special order pieces, and we work extensively with our clients to ensure that they receive exactly what the want as their final product.
