Copperpebble LLC was founded by Sans Mehta who has always been passionate about luxury, fashion, diamonds and precious stones. The Mehta family has been in the diamond and jewelry business for over a century. Growing in a home built on luxury, Sans grew up surrounded by precious gems and jewelry.
Among her early childhood memories is "Copperpebble." When Sans and her two siblings were young, their parents would take them to the office on the weekends. Their parents dealt in loose diamonds and finished jewelry, so sometimes small diamonds would fall onto the floor, and were often overlooked. Being kids, they needed to entertain themselves, so they would look for dazzling diamonds on the office floor! The Mehta children would always compete over who could find the most diamonds. The most precious of all were the “Copperpebbles” which were the gorgeous Champagne-colored diamonds because they were diamonds, but were not your usual colorless diamonds, instead, they had rich and lovely brownish copper color. These diamonds were like Copperpebbles!
Copperpebble LLC was founded on the simple vision of providing the best selection of fine jewelry and luxury merchandise while tailoring the experience for our clients by making it exquisite, simple and exciting. Sans holds a degree in Business Management from Babson College, and earned her Graduate Gemologist and Accredited Jewelry Professional degrees from the Gemological Institute of America. Her professional career started in the fashion industry where she enjoyed working for a high-profile fashion house in New York City.
She personally oversees the merchandising that is presented to her clients. And enjoys understanding the Copperpebble clients’ tastes and picking products from the collection for them based on their personality profiles. Sans also loves to work personally with her clients on customizing pieces.
